WALA By-Laws and Policy Manual

WALA By-Laws:

The By-Laws govern the operation of the corporation.  The WALA Board of Directors, at its September 2005 meeting, voted to ask the membership at the general membership meeting on March 10, 2006 to adopt these changes to the By-Laws.

WALA Policy Manual:

The Policy Manual guides the WALA Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and the employees of the corporation in the day-to-day operation of the corporation, and the conductance of business at all Board and Committee meetings. 

The current Policy Manual was adopted by the Board of Directors at its September, 2005 meeting in Leavenworth, WA.
