At each annual conference, WALA hosts a student art festival to highlight student art work in sixteen different categories.  The work is reviewed by conference attendees who give positive written reviews of the work.  Students receive recognition for their work and are awarded certificates.  this is an excellent way to show off student projects, work, and talent.  It is a great self-esteem builder.
